End User Licence Agreement

OFFE grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the OFFE app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these terms and our Terms of Use. We own the app and everything in it apart from the content you create.

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
• Use the app to break the law, breach the Terms of Use, or interfere with the service or other members.
• Access the app with automated tools, or attempt to bypass its security or access controls.

The app updates itself from time to time, and features may change. This licence ends if you breach it or the Terms of Use, or when your account closes. You can end it any time by deleting your account and the app.

On iOS, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement with the right to enforce it. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and are not responsible for it: any claims are between you and OFFE.

Warranties, liability, fees, conduct and disputes are covered by the Terms of Use, which sit alongside this licence. Where they conflict, the Terms of Use win. Governed by the laws of Western Australia.
