Sellers on OFFE choose their settlement agent from our panel, and they can do it before there's a buyer. A place on the panel is free. No fees, nothing per settlement.
You're chosen early, and the work is ordinary settlement work.

They list off market on OFFE, free.
Step 2
From the settlement agent panel, once their listing is up.
Step 3
Directly to a buyer, or with an agent from our panel.
Step 4
The seller is your client. You complete the settlement.
The seller is your client, and your fee is agreed directly with them. OFFE makes the introduction only.
We don't rank settlement agents or tell sellers who to use.
Once their listing is up. They can choose before there's a buyer.
You do, with your client. OFFE isn't part of that arrangement.
Listing is free. The seller pays $500 + GST when they sell on OFFE. Nothing if it doesn't sell.
